Introduction:

ADORABLE OPTIONS was approved by the Developmental Disability Administration to provide services to Individuals with developmental disabilities in February 2024. The Group home Quality Assurance was approved in February 2024 as well.

Currently, the group home is serving no Individual.

The group home acknowledges the significance of quality assurance as a continuous and vital element in delivering support and high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Group home is dedicated to ensuring that services are consistently provided at the highest standard to effectively meet the requirements of the individuals.

Quality is measured in several ways, including, but not limited to:

1. Consumer/client satisfaction.
2. Implementation of mutually agreed upon interventions.
3. Appropriate and collaborative modifications of our program to meet the changing needs, desires, and choices of the participants we serve.
4. Addressing and meeting the desired outcomes of the participants; and
5. Using commonly accepted processes, procedures, and techniques that respect each participant supported by the program.

Quality assurance, therefore, requires a multipurpose approach that is both comprehensive and efficient.
